Our Story

FIFO Collective is for the ones who keep service moving.

For the chefs, bartenders, servers, dishwashers, prep cooks, runners, and everyone who knows what it's like to finish eating after everyone else has gone home.

We didn't build FIFO because restaurant culture looked cool online.

We built it because we lived it.

Long services.
Burned hands.
Sharp knives.
Five-minute meals.
The sound of tickets printing before your coffee gets cold.

Every design starts there.

As we grow, FIFO won't stop at apparel.

We're building a kitchen.

A place for the gear, ingredients, tools, and products we'd actually reach for during service.

No gimmicks.
No influencer fluff.
No products that look good on a shelf but fail on the line.

If it doesn't survive a service...
it doesn't make the cut.

First In. First Out.

Welcome to the collective. See you on the line.

FIFO Collective was founded by Chef David and Lenice Bartnes. Two people who have spent years behind the scenes of restaurants, professional kitchens, and culinary television. FIFO Collective was built from the moments most people never see— the prep, the cleanup, the rush, the burns, the laughs after close, and the people who make service happen.
