Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with FIFO Collective. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Item is defective
  • Incorrect item received

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide your order number and photo evidence

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days after approval
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to deny refunds for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Customer error (incorrect address, wrong item ordered)
  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Shipping delays outside of our control
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Account suspension
  • Loss of future purchasing privileges

Order records, tracking confirmation, delivery confirmation, and policy acceptance may be submitted to payment processors (including PayPal) to resolve disputes.

PayPal Orders

For PayPal purchases:

  • Orders confirmed as delivered by carrier tracking are considered fulfilled
  • PayPal disputes may be contested using approved evidence, including tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed through PayPal according to their policies
