Thank you for shopping with FIFO Collective!. Please review our shipping and returns information carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Information
We fulfill orders using a third-party dropshipping model.
As a result:
- Products may ship from different locations
- Orders may arrive in multiple packages
- Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Tracking information will be provided via email once available.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing delays
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for:
- Damaged items
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
To request a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photo evidence
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after review.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized disputes may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Account suspension
- Loss of future purchasing privileges
Order records, tracking confirmation, delivery confirmation, and policy acceptance may be submitted to payment processors to contest disputes.
