By accessing or purchasing from FIFO Collective, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Use of Website

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and agree to comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2. Products & Fulfillment

We fulfill orders using a third-party dropshipping model. As a result:

  • Products may ship from multiple facilities
  • Orders may arrive in separate packages
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

Product images are representative. Minor variations in color, packaging, or labeling may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue products at any time.

4. Order Processing & Acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, supplier availability, or events beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Customers must contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
    • Order cancellation
    • Account suspension
    • Loss of future purchasing privileges
  • We reserve the right to submit order records, tracking confirmations, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and policy acceptance as evidence to payment processors.

7. PayPal-Specific Terms

If you choose PayPal as your payment method:

  • You agree to PayPal’s User Agreement and dispute resolution process
  • PayPal disputes must be submitted only after contacting us for resolution
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled
  • Claims of “item not received” or “unauthorized transaction” may be contested using PayPal-approved evidence, including tracking and delivery confirmation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIFO Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of FIFO COllective and may not be used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
