By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. Website Use

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

FIFO Collective reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Products & Order Fulfillment

FIFO Collective partners with professional third-party production and fulfillment providers to manufacture and ship products on demand.

As a result:

Orders may ship from multiple production facilities.
Items within the same order may arrive separately.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Product images are representative. Minor variations in color, print placement, or packaging may occur during production.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, correct pricing errors, or refuse any order at any time.

4. Order Acceptance

FIFO Collective reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Suspected fraud
Unauthorized transactions
Pricing errors
Product availability
Abuse of our policies

If payment has already been processed, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only.

Delivery times may be affected by production schedules, shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.

Because products are made to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted under the conditions outlined in those policies.

7. Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us first so we have the opportunity to resolve it.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, FIFO Collective reserves the right to provide relevant documentation—including order records, customer communications, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and acceptance of our published policies—to the applicable payment processor during the dispute review.

8. PayPal Transactions

Orders placed using PayPal remain subject to these Terms of Service in addition to PayPal's own User Agreement and Buyer Protection policies.

Approved refunds will be processed through PayPal in accordance with their procedures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, text, and other creative materials—is the property of FIFO Collective unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FIFO Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or any products purchased through it.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
